RECARO SPECIALIST- THE CUSTOMISATION SPECIALIST
The RECARO SPECIALIST may be the entry level seat in the comfort range, but the lumbar and lateral support are not to be underestimated.
The RECARO SPECIALIST is available in THREE OPTIONS. The term 'SPECIALIST' describes the shape of the backrest. The backrest and headrest is the same for the S, M and L models. S, M and L describe the base of the seat.
- Specialist S (first photo)- Shorter drivers and passengers may find the short seat cushion and flat side bolsters on the Expert S will make entering and exiting the vehicle easier.
- Specialist M (second photo, refer to shape only; upholstery style with vinyl sides not available through our online style)- This is the most popular seat we sell for the 70 Series LandCruiser models. This is also the seat in the first photo on this page.
- Specialist L- Taller driver's may prefer the upper leg support and taller side bolsters offered with the Expert L. The taller side bolsters does require more effort to enter and exit the vehicle, but offer excellent support. We generally don't recommend the Expert L for persons entering and exiting the vehicle frequently (e.g. a courier).
What are our favourite features/ tips for this seat?
- We love the simplicity of this seat model. There are minimal moving parts.
- The lower lateral side bolsters will make it easier for shorter passenger's to rest their arm on the centre console armrest in comparison to the Expert model.
- Add the adjustable air lumbar support for correct support on your spinal curve.
