Q: I have a 79 Series Single Cab manufactured in mid 2016+ why can’t I have something that goes across the windscreen?
A: The Toyota 79 Series Single Cab had a design change approximately mid year 2016. This design change included curtain airbags above the driver and passenger door. Our roof consoles that are manufactured to sit across the windscreen pick up the existing mounting points where these curtain airbags are located, this makes it illegal for us to manufacture a modification that will interfere with this.
Q: Can you mount my UHF into this console?
A: The beauty of manufacturing all of our consoles to order is that it is specifically made for you! All we need to know is the model of your UHF and we can cut the provision to suit. If the UHF has everything on the hand piece we will give you the best options with how to mount this to the console.
Q: What is the difference in depth between the low and deep profile?

A: The storage opening is ** wide.
Q: What is this made out of?
A: All of our consoles are manufactured our of Marine Plywood and steel which makes it suitably durable for off road driving – NO PLASTIC! It is then foamed up and upholstered with vinyl colour of your choice.
Q: Do I need to drill any holes in my vehicle to fit this console? Is it easy to kit?
A: All of our consoles come with a complete fitting kit and fitting instructions – if you need help or have any questions when fitting the console, you can always give us a call and we will be more than happy to assist you.
We do not like drilling holes into the vehicle and will avoid it as much as we can. With this particular console you do not need to drill any holes into your vehicle. The Centre Roof Console fits the vehicle by utilising the rear view mirror and interior light screw holes. The rear vision interior light then remounts into a pre cut hole in the console.
